The rate includes the stay, cleaning costs, expenditures and Wi-Fi Internet connection. Bed sheets and towels, if requested, come with a small weekly surcharge. Pets are generally not allowed, please contact us for special needs.

The space

The apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a spacious living area with equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with a large shower. It provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Smart TV and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, freezer and induction hob.

The check-in / check-out times can be flexible, upon prior agreement, based on the availability of the period. The access is keyless, with numeric keypad at the entrance. Living in the area, we can provide assistance quickly.

Location

Porto Potenza Picena is part of the renowned Riviera del Conero, and since 2008 it has been awarded the Blue Flag of the beaches of Europe. The apartment is located in the "Le casette" district, the ancient fishing village, which takes its name from the characteristic structure of the houses in the area.

The beach, the city center and all essential services are two feets away. For bathing you can choose between the establishment and the free beach. The beach is wide, with a mostly sandy coastline. The waters are low and protected by cliffs, also suitable for children.

Getting around the area

Parking available in the area is free. The apartment is easily accessible by car: the A14 motorway is 9 km away. For those traveling by train, the railway station is 150 meters away. The nearest airport is Falconara, 45 Km.
